Two Penny Blue is a philanthropic fashion company pairing a beautiful line of blazers with a passion for supporting girls' education around the globe.  We design a collection of luxury jackets and blazers that combine thoughtful classic design with fine fabrics, bespoke detailing and an impeccably tailored fit.  For every jacket purchased, a school uniform is donated to a girl in need in Africa – opening the door to her education, increasing her self-esteem and providing the opportunity for a brighter future.


Hours: FT, 40 hours / week

The ideal candidate must be an extremely organized self-starter willing to wear many hats– from editorial, to production, to social media and styling. This person must have excellent taste and an eye for style. He/she should be an administrative pro with excellent communication skills (phone and written).

The perfect fit is someone who is driven, has a great work ethic, takes direction well, is proactive, analytical and creative, and can work independently on projects as well as collaborate with other team members. 

 Handle daily office administrative tasks including: calendar management for the Creative Director, travel arrangements, and general support.  Assist in collection development – design direction, sourcing fabrics, fit meetings and production schedule. Assist on all aspects of photo and video campaigns including model castings, fashion styling and photo editing. Assist with social media outreach, graphic design, email campaigns, blog writing and press releases.  Assist with sales appointments and coordinating the sales team.  

  The ideal candidate must be a team player with great attitude and strong knowledge of the fashion industry (designers, stylists, blogs, brands, collaborations, tastemakers).  Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be proficient with MAC computers and have a strong understanding of all social media platforms including twitter, facebook, instagram, pinterest – experience with Hootsuite is a plus.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel. Graphic design skills including experience with WordPress, Adobe CS5+ and MailChimp are a plus.
